- CALL MEETING TO ORDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES CITIZEN COMMENT(S) Comments will be limited to three minutes for individuals (approximately 300 words for emails) and to fve minutes for a spokesperson, recognized as representing a group in attendance. Please begin by stating your name and city of residence.
