- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON THURSDAY MAY 23, 2024. AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Reading Of Minutes from Previous Meeting. Approval Of Minutes from Previous Meeting. Recognition for P&Z Commission members that exited. Discussion and vote on extrication equipment for the fire department. Discussion and vote on the Fire Protection and vehicle extrication agreement and standard operating guidelines for the Fire Department Read the AUP from the annual Audit Review All council and staff to complete the OPMA Training Discussion and vote on which consultant to use for the subdivision ordinance update. Discussion and review of the Sterling General Plan Discussion and vote of property tax rate for Sterling. Approve proposed 2024-2025 budget Discussion and vote on amending Resolution 12-19-2023 - Setting Cemetery Fees Report of Officers-Boards-Committees Approve the payment of Bills Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on May 20, 2024 are highlighted.
