- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 09, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 445 West Center Street. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Hearings can be viewed live and on-demand at YouTube youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and on Facebook facebook.com/provochannel17. Item 1 Dudley & Associates request Design Review approval for 225,000 square feet of phased office space in a proposed PO (Professional Office) zone, located approximately at 5515 N Edgewood Dr. Riverbottoms Neighborhood. Aaron Ardmore (801) 852-6404 aardmore@provo.org PLCP20220015 Item 2 Robert Olsen requests Design Review approval for a new 4,160 sq. ft. commercial building in the SC3 (Regional Shopping Center) zone, located at 475 West 2310 North. Carterville Neighborhood. Aaron Ardmore (801) 852-6404 aardmore@provo.org PLPPA20220358 Preceding the public hearing, there will be a pre-meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Provo Peak Conference Room. The pre-meeting is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing. To send comments to the Provo City Design Review Committee members, email them at dspublichearings@provo.org. Additional information can be found at provo.org/publiccomments. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
