Public Comments Discussion and Action Items Oaths of office for Mayfield Town Youth Council Review of renters for irrigation usage and possible approval to rent out no more than 3 of the Town's shares Approval to purchase Grasshopper Lawn Mower from Redmond Town for $4,000.00 Adoption of Resolution 2024-D, Open and Amend Fiscal Year 2024 Mayfield Town Budget Adoption of Resolution 2024-E, Adopting Fiscal Year 2025 Mayfield Town Budget Adoption of Resolution 2024-F, Adopting Certified Tax Rate for tax year 2024 Council Business Review and approval of Claims- Invoice Register dated 05/09/2024 thru 06/12/2024 Review and approval of Minutes- Regular meeting May 8, 2024, Work meeting May 8, 2024 and Regular meeting April 10, 2024. Upcoming Calendar Items: 24th of July Celebration Department Reports Mayor Anderson- Report from planning commission, Report on road project Unfinished Business Adjourn Notes: Public Comment-Members of the public may address the Town Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Each individual will have up to two minutes to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comments at this time. At the conclusion of each public comment, the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All Town Council meetings are recorded. The Council may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5 (to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, or acquisition of property) . Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Town Council and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs in advance.
