Discussion and consideration of a preliminary plat for 98 single-family lots known as Craythorn Homestead phases 6-10, located at approximately 4100 W 400 S; Blake Bastian, applicant Legislative Items Legislative items are recommendations to the City Council. Broad public input will be taken and considered on each item. All legislative items recommended at this meeting will be scheduled for review at the next available City Council meeting. 10.
