Approval of Minutes of the April 11th, 2024 Board of Trustees Meeting 6:10 PM 2. Financials --Amanda and Mike a. Approve Payment of Bills b. Review PTIF Statements for Operating Funds, Capital Projects, Misc. Escrow Accounts, and State Bank of Southern Utah check register. Board members sign off on the check register. c. Review new revenues received, including tax revenues and revenues for ongoing projects d. Preliminary 2024-2025 Budget Review-Mike Noel and Amanda Buhler 7:10 PM 3. Jackson Flat Reservoir and Kanab Irrigation Company Coordination a. Reservoir water update report-Mike b. Reservoir Recreation and Operational Report, Maintenance Building status, insulation foam c. Mariah Wheeler, Jonathan Kerr and Camberley Anderson met with Amanda about Summer Series Music Concerts first Friday of every month starting in May 7:35 PM 4. Cove Reservoir EIS a. EIS Progress report, Mike/Dirk- concerns/legal matters (Executive Session if needed) b. Update on WCWCD and KCWCD Memorandum of Understanding c. Zion National Park Wild and Scenic Rivers water filings State Engineer 7:50 PM 5. Johnson Canyon a. Well # 4 planning and financing 8:05 PM 6. Duck Creek Village/Cedar Mountain Long Valley Water System and Sewer System a. Issues/problems Mike b. Forest Service Sewer fees 8:20 PM 7. East Kane County Water System (New Paria and West Clark Bench) a. Pre-construction meeting West Clark Bench b. Update on well bid and access easement for water pipelines 8:50 PM 8. Director's Report: a. Clarkson Property Exchange - Rob VanDyke and Mike Noel b. Board Member Issues c. Next Meeting Date: June 13th, 2024, 6:00 PM @ Kane County Water Conservancy District Office.
