- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold a Town Council meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2024 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor Brent Christensen conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) Town Council Meeting 6:00 p.m. I. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance II. Public Hearing Public comment to be taken on the 2023/2024 amended budget and the proposed 2024/2025 budget and certified tax rate. III. Appointments A. Tyler Timmon, Community Advisor updates IV. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Opening of 2023/2024 budget, by resolution, for revenue and expenditure adjustments as necessary in the general fund, special revenue, capital project and enterprise funds D. Budget adoption, by resolution, of the 2024/2025 budget and certified tax rate E. Consider survey estimates for 270 South 400 East cul-de-sac F. Consider additional outside watering restrictions G. Discuss and consider construction standards H. Consider approval for Sallee Jolley to purchase additional cemetery plots V. Department Business. A. Beautification, Parks & activities | 4th of July B.
