- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Bicknell Town Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:45 p.m. on June 6, 2024, at the Bicknell Town Hall, 64 W 100 N Bicknell UT 84715. The hearing is to consider an increase in compensation for elected and appointed town offices. The regular Town Council meeting will follow this hearing. The public is invited to provide comments which are generally limited to three minutes per individual. Kelsey Brinkerhoff, Town Clerk
