- Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Paunsaugunt Cliffs Special Service District will hold its quarterly meeting on the 11th day of March 2024, at the Town of Hatch Community Center, 49 West Center, Hatch, Utah in which meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda is as follows: A. Meeting Called to Order B. Approval of Previous Minutes December 11, 2023 C. Review Checkbook Register & Budget D. Public Hearing - none E. Report of Officers. 1. Water Operator - Dan Thornton a. Meter Reading Report b. Well Production c. Water Sample Tests F. Petitions, Remonstrations, and Communications. 1. Water Bills - Delinquents 2. Approval of Treasurer 3. Annual Board Member Training 4. Utah Water Use Data Report 2023 - adoption G. Introduction and Adoption of Resolutions and Ordinances. 1. Ordinance 2024-1 (Meeting Schedule) - adoption H. Unfinished Business. I. New Business. J. Adjournment.
