- The next regular meeting of the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at the Duchesne Co Centennial Event Center ~ 60 West 400 South ~ Duchesne Utah. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m. with the staff briefing for the CIB. The action portion of the CIB meeting will start after the completion of the staff briefing. 1. Welcome & Introductions 2. Briefing A. Up-coming Meeting Dates- July 11, 2024; August 8, 2024. B. Financial Review 3. Approval of Minutes (April 4, 2024 Meeting) 4. Prioritization Projects 4.1 Daggett County MBA - $7,233,000 ($5,786,000 Grant, $1,447,000,000 Loan 30 Yr. @ 0.5%) Community Health and Social Services Center 4.2 Town of Woodruff - $564,392 ($191,392 Grant, $373,000 Loan 10 Yr. @ 1.0%) Woodruff Road Project 4.3 Town of Circleville - $2,600,000 Grant. Road Improvements 5. Large Infrastructure - N/A 6. Pending Projects - N/A 7. Supplemental Requests 7.1 Seven County Infrastructure Coalition - $1,500,000 Grant (2 tranches of $750,000) 2024-2025 Planning, Admin and Operations Original funding approved in 2014-2015 - $5,000,000; Supplemental Funding April 2019 - $3,000,000 (4 tranches of $750,000) 7.2 Emery County Local Building Authority - $350,000 Grant Huntington Senior Center Original Funding approved October 5, 2023 - $1,500,000 grant 7.3 Uintah Fire - $135,000 ($115,000 Grant, $20,000 Loan 30 Yr. @ 0.5%) Tridell Fire Station and Community Center Original funding April 29, 2022 - $3,473,000 ($2,973,000 grant, $500,000 loan 30Y @ 0.5%) Supplemental Funding March 2, 2023 - $1,950,000 ($1,669,000 grant, $281,000 loan 30Y @ 0.5%) 8.
