- Public Meeting of Deweyville Town Planning & Zoning Commission Thursday, May 2, 2024 7:00 p.m. Deweyville Town Hall Members of the commission may participate electronically. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. AGENDA Welcome: Commission Chairman Curt Whiteford Prayer & Pledge: Commission Member Jeanne Wheatley 1. Approval of the Agenda for May 2, 2024. Public Hearing: The purpose of this hearing is for administrative and grammar changes to the Deweyville Land Management and Development Code Book and for a newly revised addition of Section 9.7 - Home Based Businesses in Residential Zones (R34, RR5). Action Items: 2. Martin Avila - barn plans 3. Bill Kerivan - barn plans 4. Daren Yates - residential plans 5. Approval of April 4, 2024 Minutes Discussion Items: 6. Discussion of the Land Management Code Book Public Comments (This is an opportunity for the public to address the commission. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
