- NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday June 6, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Noon in the Community Room at 108 S 100 E. Pleasant Grove, Utah. 1. CALL TO ORDER. 2. To consider awarding the 1160 North Utilities and Roadway Improvements Project to Got Dirt? Construction, LLC with a total base bid price of $1,922,116.72, and authorize the Mayor to sign the Notice of Award. Presenter: Director Winterton 3. ADJOURN.
