- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2023-2024 FISCAL YEAR FINAL AMENDED BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Riverton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on June 18, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at Riverton City Hall located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. In accordance with UCA § 10-6-113, the purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on the Final Amended Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024. Copies of the Final Amended Budget are available for public review during business hours in the office of the City Recorder. Public comment for these items may be submitted via email to recorder@rivertonutah.gov. All comments submitted by Noon on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the City Council. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2024-2025 FISCAL YEAR TENTATIVE BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Riverton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on June 4 and June 18, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at Riverton City Hall located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah. In accordance with UCA § 10-6-113, UCA § 10-6-135, UCA § 10-3-818, and UCA § 63J-1-504, the purpose of the Public Hearings is to receive public comment on the Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. Copies of the tentative budget are available for public review during business hours in the office of the City Recorder. Public comment for these items may be submitted via email to recorder@rivertonutah.gov. All comments submitted by Noon on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the City Council. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2024-2025 FISCAL YEAR UTILITIES SERVICES CHARGES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Riverton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on June 18, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at Riverton City Hall located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah. The Riverton City Council has determined that it will not charge itself for any Riverton-provided utility services (Culinary Water, Secondary Water, Sanitation, and Stormwater) used for municipal purposes. Utah Code 10-6-135 requires that the City notify all utility customers of its intent not to charge City departments for these utility services. Public comment for these items may be submitted via email to recorder@rivertonutah.gov. All comments submitted by Noon on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the City Council. This practice will result in the following non-cash transfers (amounts are approximated) for Fiscal Year 2024-2025: - $100,000 from Culinary Water enterprise fund to the General Fund - $20,000 from Secondary Water enterprise fund to the General Fund - $62,000 from the Sanitation enterprise fund to the General Fund

Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
