- The South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a request for a rezone for the property located at 5617 S 1475 E from Gateway Edge to the Gateway General Zone/Subdistrict (see map on back of page). The rezone will allow retail, office, and service uses that are not currently allowed by the Gateway Edge Subdistrict. For a list of the proposed allowed uses, please refer to South Ogden City Code 10-5.1B-4-2-C thru L. The hearing will be at 6:15 pm, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the regularly scheduled South Ogden City Planning Commission Meeting on June 13, 2024. The meeting will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., in the council chambers.
