- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 6:00 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 via Zoom TO ACCEPT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS MAY BE MADE AT THE MEETING IN PERSON OR SUBMITTED ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MEETING. A. ORD#2024-XAmending Virgin Towns official zoning map by re zoning V-2149 currently Rural Residential (RR) to Highway Resort Zone (HRZ) B. ORD#PZ-24C: Adding Revised Terms & Definitions for Transient Lodging to Ch2.12; Revising Uses, Designations of Use, & Language in Various Sections of Ch.30, 32, 34, 38,40, & 44; Deleting (Redundant) Ch. 42 C. ORD#PZ-24G Chapter 60: Transient Lodging (including STR) - Chapter 60. An ordinance amending, revising, and reorganizing the sections of Chapter 60 which regulate the development and operation of all types of tourist lodging. D. ORD# 2024-09: An ordinance of the Virgin Town Council enacting a land use regulation to prohibit the development of large structures in the Residential Zones, including overlay zones.
