- NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DUCHESNE COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in special public session on Monday, July 1, 2024, in the Commission Chambers of the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, commencing at 1:00 p.m. for A Quarterly Disposition Auction. Consideration of Requests to Obtain Leases for Oil & Gas Extraction on Certain Properties Owned by Duchesne County as Follows: - Township 3 South, Range 2 West, USB&M Section 29, 30 & 31: All the Streets, Avenues, and Lanes of Midview Townsite according to the official plat thereof on file in the office of the Duchesne County Recorder. 40.54 Acres Duchesne County has a standard three-year lease form that sets the lease royalty rate at 3/16 by Ordinance No. 12-297. Adjourn I, Chelise Jessen, Duchesne County Clerk/Auditor, certify that on May 29, 2024, pursuant to U.C.A., 52-4-202, this notice was published at least twice in the Uintah Basin Standard and on the Utah Public Notice Website.
