Approval of Minutes A. May 8, 2024 2. Site Plan A. COMERS CONCRETE BUILDING. This proposal involves the development of an industrial building to be located at 3353 North 1340 West. 3. Minor Plat Amendment A. SPANISH MEADOWS PLAT B. This proposal involves the revision of a boundary line on 2 residential lots located at 667 West 350 North. 4. Concept Review A. CANYON CREEK PHASE 4 CONCEPT. B. CHRISTOFFERSON CONCEPT. C. VARA SALON CONCEPT. 5. Title 15 Amendments A. TITLE 15 ZONING OVERLAY DISTRICTS. Spanish Fork City proposes to amend Municipal Code, Title 15 Land Use, concerning Zoning District Overlays regarding railroad spurs, large utility facilities and complete neighborhoods. 6. Adjourn
