- NORTH OGDEN CITY NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A NEW PUBLIC SAFETY AND PARKS IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT PUBLIC SAFETY AND PARKS IMPACT FEES AND NOTICE OF IMPACT FEE PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the North Ogden City Council {the 'City') will hold a public hearing on June 18, 2024 commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the North Ogden Public Safety Building 515 E. 2600 N, North Ogden, UT. for the purpose of receiving public comments on the following: 1. A new, updated Public Safety Impact Fee Facilities Plan ('PS IFFP') for the City. 2 . A Public Safety Impact Fee Analysis ('PS IFA'). 3. A ne, updated Parks Impact Fee Facilities Plan for the City ('Park IFFP'). 4. A Parks Impact Fee Analysis ('Park IFA'). 5. Resolution No. 03-2024 adopting new Public Safety impact fee for the City. ('PS Resolution') 6. Resolution No.04-2024 adopting a new Parks impact fee for the City. ('Parks Resolution') The proposed Impact Fee Facility Plans; proposed Impact Fee Analyses; and the Proposed Resolutions will be available for public inspection on the City's website at www.northoqdencity.org, at the City office during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Thursday), and at the North Branch of the Weber County Library at least 10 days before the public hearing. This Notice is being given in satisfaction of requirements of Utah Code Ann.ยงยง 11-36a- 502 and -504 and 178-1-111. If you cannot attend the public hearing and would like to submit written comments, they will be received at the City office until 5:00 p.m. on the date of the public hearing. Anyone requiring assistance to understand or participate in the public hearing is encouraged to notifying the Recorder's Office or by calling (801) 782-7211 at least two days before the public hearing so assistance may be provided. This notice is given on the16th day of May, 2024.
