- **REVISED** NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF HELPER CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION WILL HOLD THE REGULAR MEETING ON THE 21TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2024 AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 19 SOUTH MAIN STREET, HELPER, UTAH MEETING SHALL BEGIN AT 6:00 P.M. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCATION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. Those who have asked to be placed on the agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Approval of minutes from meetings on January 17, 2024. 4. Discussion and/or approval on building/site plans for 'Homegrown' DeVincent Enterprises. 5. Discussion and/or approval on building/site plans for 'Renegade' DeVincent Enterprises. 6. Discussion and/or approval for Richard Passman caboose at 99 N Main Street. 7. Discussion and/or approval of business license, short term rental for Marilou Kundmueller. 8. Discussion and/or approval of business license, conditional use permit for Scott Amott @ 110 Ivy Street. Public Comment: ADJOURNMENT: DATED THIS 16TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2024 HELPER, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION MELISSA PARKER, HELPER CITY DEPUTY RECORDER The public is invited to attend all open Planning and Zoning meetings. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed Deputy Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted on this 16th day of February, 2024 at City Office building 58 South Main Street and the Helper Civic Auditorium at 19 South Main Street. Agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours prior to such meeting.
