Room 30 N 100 E Bryce Canyon City, UT 84764 If necessary, an executive session may be held in accordance with the Utah Code 52-4-205 (Purpose of Closed Meetings). One or more members of the Board may participate telephonically in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-207 (Electronic Meetings). Note: Board meeting schedule subject to change. The purpose of the open meetings provisions is to ensure that public bodies take their actions openly and conduct their deliberations openly (Code 52-4-102(2)), with the knowledge of the public.
