- NOTICE INVITING BIDS PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed bids for Construction of the 2024 Provo City Streets Crack Seal Project, Bid No. PROVOEN202424578. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. February 21, 2024, at the Provo City Engineering Office, 1377 South 350 East, Provo, Utah, 84606, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Routing, cleaning, and sealing of asphalt pavement cracking on various Provo City Streets. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by May 31, 2024. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be obtained online at SciQuest (www.purchasing.utah.gov) or at the office of the Provo City Engineering Division beginning February 5, 2024. The cost of the contract documents, when obtained from Provo City Engineering, is $30.00 and is non-refundable. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Published in the Daily Herald February 2, 10, 12 2024; posted on SciQuest beginning February 5, 2024 through February 21, 2024.
