Oquirrh Mountain Trails Master Plan Presentation, Corey Bullock Through the RFP process, Sunrise Engineering has been selected to complete a Trails Master Plan for a significant portion of the Oquirrh Mountains. Following a thorough review by the Trails Committee, we are pleased to recommend the adoption of this plan to the Tooele County Council. Council Approval of Sending Funds to UAC for Development of National Center for Public Lands, Alison McCoy The Utah Association of Counties board recently voted to release the funds earmarked for the creation of a National Center for Public Lands to the National Association of Counties, and they are now ready for the funds from Tooele County in the amount of $32,924.98. Discussion about the vacation of Evans Road and a small portion of an unnamed public road located in Ophir -- Nathan Harris The Tooele County School District has been working with Community Development in the process to build a new building on land the District owns in Ophir. The location of the building is on a road that the County owns. This is to discuss the plans of the District and whether to vacate the road to the District. Attachments 1. Ophir plat 1-152.png 2. Discussion of Change in County Council Work Meeting, Kendall Thomas To facilitate this discussion effectively and ensure compliance with legal requirements, County Attorney Scott Broadhead will review the necessary legal considerations pertaining to meetings.
