- WEST POINT CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS THIS IS NOTICE THAT ON JUNE 4, 2024, at approximately 7:00 PM, the WEST POINT CITY COUNCIL will hold public hearings regarding the following: - AMENDMENTS TO THE FY2024 COMPENSATION SCHEDULE - AMENDMENTS TO THE FY2024 FINAL BUDGET FOR WEST POINT CITY - APPROVAL OF THE FY2025 TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & RENEWAL AGENCY (CDRA) OF WEST POINT CITY - A REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2048 W 300 N FROM THE R-2 (RESIDENTIAL) AND R-3 (RESIDENTIAL) ZONES TO THE C-C (COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL) ZONE - COMMENTS MUST BE MADE IN-PERSON DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING OR SUBMITTED IN WRITING PRIOR VIA EMAIL: - To attend the meeting in-person at West Point City Hall: - West Point City Hall is located at: 3200 W 300 N, West Point, UT 84015 - To submit your comments prior to the meeting via email: Please follow the instructions below: (Emailed comments will be read aloud to the City Council during the public hearing. Please limit your statement to 250 words.
