- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 21st day of May 2024 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Mayor N. Craig Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held May 7, 2024 2. Business - FY 2025 Proposed Budget Discussion - Set Public Hearing Date to Hear On The Following: - FY 2024 Amended Budget - FY 2025 Proposed Budget - Discussion on Residential Overflow Water on Adjacent Properties - Amphitheater Use Application - Holdaway Family 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Town Hall Update Councilmember M. Stephensen - Youth Council - Citizen Advisory Committee - Pony Express Days Councilmember S. Kurek - Roads Department - Parks, Sports, & Recreation Department - Emergency Management Councilmember A. Hanover - Water Department - Planning Commission Councilmember M. Kelly - Cemetery Department - Memorial Day Flags - Cache County School District - Float/ Parades 4. Other Business - Public Comment - Executive Session to discuss the 2024 Citizen of the Year - Next Meeting - June 4, 2024 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
