- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North Tooele City Special Service District will meet in a Business Meeting on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in Conference Room 224, Tooele City Hall, 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah 1. Open Forum for Public Comment 2. City Councilman's Report Presented by Justin Brady 3. Maintenance Coordinator's Report on Past and Present Actions Presented by Amanda Graf 4. Jensen Family Landscape Report 5. Vice Treasurer's Report Presented by Jed Winder b. Approval of Invoices and Reimbursements Independent CPA Presented by Travis Brady a. Status of Budget/Expenses for Fiscal Year 2024 6. Board Stipend Review 2023 Calendar Year 7. Set meeting dates for 2024 Calendar Year 8. Chair's Report - Presented by Chair Jeff Hammer 9. New secretary has been hired and will be at the Nov. 16, 2023, meeting. 10.
