- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA CHELSEY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-2 COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CHELSEY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-2 WILL HOLD A COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING ON MONDAY, MAY 20, 2024 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095 AT 2:00pm A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items 1. Consider combined board meeting for Chelsey Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-2. 2. Election of District Clerk/Secretary 3. Oath of Office, Ethical Behavior Pledge Form, and Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form C. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the Chelsey Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-2 board meeting held on May 9, 2024. D. Action Items 1. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-02: A resolution amending the final operating and capital budget for the calendar year of 2024. E. Administrative Non-Action Items Not applicable. F.
