Wilkins Clerk-Auditor NOTICE OF A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF UINTAH COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Uintah County, State of Utah, will hold a special meeting in the Commission Conference Room at 152 East 100 North, Vernal, Utah. MAY 3, 2024 MEETING BEGINS AT 10:00 A.M. WELCOME CLOSED SESSION for the purpose of discussing the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration or prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms ADJOURN I, MICHAEL W. WILKINS, duly sworn Uintah County Clerk-Auditor, certify that on the 2nd day of May, 2024 posted at least 24 hours prior to meeting time, notice of the above scheduled meeting and notification made to the Vernal Express and Radio Stations KNEU, JACK FM, KVEL, KLCY, KIFX, and X94. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have set my hand and affixed the official seal of said county this 2nd day of May, 2024.
