PL-24-06085 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action 1061 and 1063 Lowell Avenue - Condominium Plat - The Applicant Proposes to Create Four Condos in Two Duplexes in the Historic Residential - 1 Zoning District. PL-24-06052 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action Bonanza Park Small Area Plan - The Consultants Will Present the Draft Plan to the Planning Commission, Which Establishes a Vision Statement and Project Goals to Create a Mixed-Use, Local, User-Friendly, Inclusive, Green, and Cultural Neighborhood.
