Presentation: 1. La Verkin City Scholarship Awards 2. La Verkin City Royalty C. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Agenda 3. Meeting Minutes: May 1, 2024, regular meeting 4. Checks and Invoices: $324,877.73 D. Public Hearing: 1. Compensation increase of $4,000 to the city administrator, director of operations, recreation and events director, and police chief. 2. Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Tentative Budget. E. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution R-2024-08; a resolution adopting the budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve a donation to the Senior Companion and Foster Grandparent programs. F. Mayor & Council Reports: Mayor Wilson: Blair Gubler: Washington County Solid Waste, Homeland Security/CERT Wise: Planning Commission/Zoning, Beautification/Trails Committee, Economic Development/Tourism Micah Gubler: Public Safety, Recreation/City Festivals Hirschi: Fire District, Ash Creek Special Service District, DTEC Prince: Southwest Mosquito Abatement, Historical Preservation G.
