- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its Work Meeting on Monday, May 6, 2024. The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. This meeting is open to the public, but no comments will be taken. 6:30 pm 1. OPEN MEETING AND ETHICS TRAINING, Melissa Mellor. 7:00 pm 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 3. ROLL CALL. 4. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor Six County Association of Governments: - Newsletter Starts in June - Summer Schedule - CIB Application - CDBG Survey b. Discussion on the Capital Improvement Project List (CIP). c. Review of Building Permit for Nina Higgs - New Home. d. JUB Stormwater Project. 5. ADJOURNMENT. 6. EXECUTIVE SESSION. a. Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
