- Emery County Recreation SSD Agenda Location: 75 South 400 East Date: 05/13/2024 Time: 6:00pm Agenda Items: 1. Approval of previous meeting minutes 2. Discussion/Approval of buying John Deere Gator (or equivalent) for Bear Creek Campground. 3. Discussion/Approval Bouldering Club Insurance. 4. Discussion/Approval of adding Kash Jewkes as President, Teigan Jewkes as Vice President, leaving Bliss Mead as secretary on the Emery County Recreation bank account ending in 7460, and removing Carl Beckstead and Darshell LeRoy from the Emery County Recreation bank account ending in 7460. 5. Financial report and Approval of Bills for Payment. 6. Upcoming events and Board Member Concerns. 7. Chairman Comments. 8. Closed/executive session (as needed) to discuss attorney/client communications regarding litigation or other matter allowed by law.
