- TSSD Board Meeting February 14, 2023 Proposed Agenda Welcome - Board Member Roll Call 1. Approve minutes from previous board meeting 2. Board Positions 3. Road plans for 2023: Road Manager a. 3 new yield signs for busy intersections to create right-of-way 4. Culverts/new driveways a. issues/concerns 5. Snow removal plans for this season and future a. new storage plan after current collapse, cost to free rock truck was $700 for crane, labor TBD new truck windshield TBD. b. increase in cost of fuel adjustment 6. Condition of equipment, savings plan for new truck or tractor a. needed equipment/repairs b. recruitment of future drivers c. draft emergency plan for equipment failure d. Steve requests monthly payment e. discuss insurance on equipment 7. Discuss: Change of ownership of TOLA property to TSSD for exempt property tax 8. Discuss/Approve 2023 Budget a. discuss/confirm a consistent bonus structure 9. Neighborhood parking concerns- define pullout specifications 10.
