- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on May 7, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 24-16: 'AMEND SECTION 11-5-106 OF THE SIGN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT BILLBOARDS IN THE DECKER LAKE STATION OVERLAY ZONE, JORDAN RIVER OVERLAY ZONE, BANGERTER HIGHWAY OVERLAY ZONE, AND 5600 WEST OVERLAY ZONE' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
