WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER OF REGULAR KANOSH TOWN PUBLIC MEETING Mayor Scott McDonald a. Invocation -Audience invited to participate. b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Approval of minutes from the previous meeting d. Approval of payment of Warrants for the current meeting e. CERT: Geri Minton f. Fire Department: Lorin Shumway Fire Chief g. Planning and Zoning: *Building Permits *Ordinance: residential Development requirements Action: Proceed as recommended h. Justin Wayment, Kanosh Town Attorney: Open Meeting training Sexual harassment training REVIEW, DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON .... Star Cummings: Millard County Fair Action: No action at this time Jessica Whitaker: Kanosh Town Easter Egg Hunt Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Shonda Robinson & Sierra Dickens: Annexation Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Continuation Resolution for continued support and participation in the Carbon Free Power Project (CFPP) to help supply Kanosh's future power needs through the UAMPS system. The CFPP is a proposed small modular nuclear facility near Idaho Falls. Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Update/Change Resolution #121423, to include utility deposits Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members COUNCIL REPORT ON DEPARTMENTS: i.e. park, cemetery, electrical, roads, & water Utility Delinquency Review: PUBLIC COMMENTS (Three Minute Limitation Each) FOLLOW UP ON OLD BUSINESS Corn Creek Project Update Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Culinary Well Project update Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members CLOSED SESSION (if necessary) to DISCUSS one or more of the following: the character, professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual; collective bargaining pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, the sale of real property, including any form of water rights or water shares, deployment of security personnel, devices or systems investigative proceedings regarding allegations of misconduct. ACTION ON CLOSED SESSION ADJOURN In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for these meetings should call the City Offices at 435-759-2415, giving at least 48 hours advance notice. Meetings of the Kanosh Town Council may be conducted by electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Annotated, Section 52-4-207. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained by telephone or other electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Kanosh Town resolution 061318 [electronic meetings. CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY The undersigned duly appointed Town Recorder certifies that a copy of the forgoing 'Notice and Agenda' was delivered to each member of the Kanosh Town Council, posted in 4 separate locations in Kanosh Town and published on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website
