ROOSEVELT CITY PLANNING AND ZONING NOTICE AND AGENDA April 3, 2024 Notice is hereby given that the Roosevelt City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday April 3, 2024, at the Roosevelt Municipal Building, 255 South State Street, Roosevelt, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Minutes a. January 16, 2024, b. February 7, 2024, 4. Public Hearing a. Conditional Use Permit for 'Veda's Playdates Daycare' to run a daycare for up to 16 children in an R-R-1 zone. 5. Action Items a.
