- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 16th day of April 2024 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember A. Hanover - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held March 19, 2024 2. Business - Youth Council Liaison - Cache County Sheriff Chad Jensen - FY 2025 Law Enforcement and Animal Control Contracts - Consider Willis Acre Subdivision Phase 2 Preliminary Plat for Approval - Amphitheater Use Request - Malad Idaho Stake 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Green Waste - Town Hall & Community Center Project Update Councilmember M. Stephensen - March Warrant List - Youth Council - Citizen Advisory Committee - Pony Express Days Councilmember S. Kurek - Roads Department - Snow Grader - Road Maintenance Plan & Potholes - Parks, Sports, & Recreation Department - Emergency Management Councilmember A. Hanover - Water Department - Planning Commission Councilmember M. Kelly - Cemetery Department - New Cemetery Road - Float/ Parades - Cache County School District 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - May 7, 2024 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
