- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington County Water Conservancy District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at 533 E. Waterworks Drive, St George, Utah, to consider levying the annual contract assessment for 2023 within the Kolob Water Service Area, and to consider increasing the annual assessment from $275 to $315 for non-connected parcels and from $375 to $415 for connected parcels.
