- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL MAY 2, 2024 2:00 PM Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. David Hamilton with AWA Engineering is seeking subdivision plat amendment approval for Springville Marketplace, Plat D, located at 977 W 400 S within the NC-Neighborhood Commercial Zone. 2. Clay Liston is seeking Commercial Site Plan approval for an RV Storage Yard to be located behind the Tunex location at 745 S 1950 W, within the RC-Regional Commercial Zone. 3. Site plan approval for a shop and office for Evans Grader & Paving located at 2135 South State in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. 4. Mark Willison is seeking site plan approval for Trailer Source, a trailer sales business at 307 S 2000 W in the RC-Regional Commercial Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on May 1, 2024. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes.
