- The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan Library, 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw The agenda is as follows: 1. Opening Business including: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous City Council meeting * Follow-up on issues from previous meetings * Review of Action Items * Recognition of Exemplary Staff Member * A proclamation recognizing Fire/EMS Dept * A proclamation recognizing Pumpkin Walk Sponsors Current Action Items 2. Consider adopting a tentative municipal budget for Fiscal Year 2025. 3. Convene as the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) to Consider adopting a tentative FY2025 RDA Budget. 4. Convene as the Local Building Authority (LBA) to Consider adopting a tentative FY2025 LBA Budget. 5. Consideration of a Concept Plan, Preliminary Plat, and Development Plan approval for a single-lot commercial subdivision on the southwest corner of 3100 North Main St. (Parcel ID: 04-062-0066). City Council Work Session Items 6. Discuss Budgetary Trends. 7. Discuss Property Taxes. 8. Discuss Utah Retirement System - Tier 2 concerns and options. 9. Discuss 'Lessons Learned' at Utah League of Cities and Towns Mid-Year Conference. 10. Updates regarding the North Logan City General Plan. 11. Updates regarding North Logan's water capital improvement projects. 12. Updates on Civic Center. 13. Reports from City officers, boards, and committees. 14. Closed session to discuss real property and pending litigation.
