- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF UTAH COUNTY SERVICE AREA 6 WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS, ROOM 1400 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 100 EAST CENTER STREET, PROVO, UTAH April 10, 2024 - 2:00 pm *When necessary, board members may participate electronically, with the anchor location as stated above.* Or you may watch the meeting live on YouTube under the heading UTAH COUNTY GOVERNMENT or by going to the link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkRYDnXVDLGv9792bhWn9Wg/videos AGENDA 1. APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM DECEMBER 20, 2023 BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF UTAH COUNTY SERVICE AREA 6 PUBLIC MEETING. - Alice Black/Clerk 2. SET A DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDING THE 2024 BUDGET; REVISING THE ESTIMATES OF REVENUES; REVISING THE BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS; AND/OR TRANSFERRING UNENCUMBERED OR UNEXPENDED APPROPRIATION BALANCES FROM ONE DEPARTMENT IN A FUND TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT IN THE SAME FUND. SUGGESTED DATE: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24, 2024, AT 2:00 P.M. IN ROOM #1400 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AT 100 EAST CENTER STREET IN PROVO, UTAH. -Paul Jones/Attorney PUBLIC COMMENTS NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Alice Black at 801-851-8215.
