MAIN ST. AGENDA 1. Consideration of the proposed conditional use permit for Reyanna Durfee to own and operate Hugging Hearts Daycare, located at 546 S. Quirk St. 2. Discussion of the proposed Preliminary plat for the Matthews Landing subdivision, located West of Matthews Ln. 3. Discussion of the proposed Master Development Agreement for the Matthews Landing subdivision, located West of Matthews Ln, 4. Discussion of the proposed Rezone of Durfee Landing from zoning designation A-10 to R-1-21, located at approximately 1350 W. Main St. 5. Consideration of the proposed PUD for The Highlands subdivision, located on SR138. 6. Consideration of the proposed Final plan for the Anderson Ranch subdivision Phase 4E, located at approximately Silver Spur Rd (East of Anderson Ranch Phase 3). 7. Approval of minutes from the April 18, 2024 Planning Commission Regular Meeting. 8. Approval of minutes from the January 18, 2024 Planning Commission Regular Meeting. 9.
