- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF HELPER CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION WILL HOLD THE REGULAR MEETING ON THE 20TH DAY OF MARCH 2024 AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 19 SOUTH MAIN STREET, HELPER, UTAH MEETING SHALL BEGIN AT 6:00 P.M. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCTION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. Those who have asked to be placed on the agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Approval of minutes from meetings on February 21, 2024. 4. Discussion and/or Approval for Scott Amott business license at 110 Ivy Street. 5. Discussion and/or Approval Matt Tallerico business license at 111 Castle Gate Way. 6. Discussion and/or Approval Ross Lambert Solar install at 9 3rd Ave. 7. Discussion and/or Approval on Helper's 2024 General Plan. 8. Discussion and/or Approval on 2024 Ordinances. Public Comment: ADJOURNMENT: DATED THIS 18TH DAY OF MARCH, 2024 HELPER, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION MELISSA PARKER, HELPER CITY DEPUTY RECORDER The public is invited to attend all open Planning and Zoning meetings. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed Deputy Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted on this 18th day of March, 2024 at City Office building 58 South Main Street and the Helper Civic Auditorium at 19 South Main Street. Agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours prior to such meeting. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting.
