- EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY COUNCIL - SPECIAL SESSION April 29, 2024, 6:00 PM Joint Meeting with Eagle Mountain City, the City of Saratoga Springs and Fairfield Town City of Saratoga Springs Council Chambers 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045 CALL TO ORDER 1. Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Public Comment - The time for public comment is limited to 15 minutes, total. This time is set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns and comments for subject matter not listed as a public hearing on this agenda. JOINT WORK SESSION 5. DISCUSSION - Alpine School District Split and MGT Education Feasibility Study - Julie King, Alpine School District. POLICY SESSION 6. RESOLUTION - A Resolution of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Approving an Interlocal Agreement between Eagle Mountain City, the City of Saratoga Springs, and Fairfield Town for the Creation of a School District. 7.
