Utility Customer Write-off List discussion and approval March Financial Update - Treasurer - Stacey Phelps 2024 Road Improvement Discussion and Contractor Award Approval Road Use Fee Study Discussion and Authorization Administrative/Committee Reports PUBLIC COMMENT CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property; and to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY: The undersigned duly appointed recorder for the municipality of Beaver, Utah, hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda as posted on the Public Meeting Notice Website, and each member of the governing body and posted in the public place of the meeting on the 22nd day of April, 2024, 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
