(Planning Commission recommended non approval) 2. Consider changes to the Hyde Park Gateway Development Agreement - Addendum 2 3. Consider the North Park Police Budget 4. Discuss Hyde Park City Budget (Public hearing will be held on May 8th) 5. Consider Resolution 2024-09 acknowledging the Hyde Park City Fraud Risk Assessment 6.
