Discussion of home options at 283 South 100 East - James Ashby d. Discussion of plan for five (5) buildable lots at Pingel Subdivision - Jason Weaver e. Discussion of Rivers Edge, Phase - Nic Porter, Michael Jewell f. Walk-ins:* 4. Comments/Reports: 5. Public comments: This is an opportunity to address the Staff regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to five minutes. 6. Notice was posted March 11, 2024, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
