Center Street, Central, Utah 1) Welcome and the Pledge of Allegiance 2) Invocation 3) Open Budget Public Hearing regarding the NWSSD 2024 budget and potential increase in annual District Fees for Service in accordance with Utah Code 17B-1-643(2)(b). - Board explanation of the proposed budget - Open public comment - Close public comment - Board comments 4) Close Public Hearing 5) Reopen Regular Meeting 6) Discuss and Vote on the 2024 Budget 7) Adjourn REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS: The NWSSD will make every effort to provide reasonable ac-commodations to disabled members of the public to access meetings. PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL BOARD OF THE NORTHWESTERN SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT, WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH FOR THE 2024 BUDGET. Public notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Northwestern Special Service District will meet in public session at the Central Fire Station, 155 E. Center Street in Central, Utah at 6:00 P.M. on April 16, 2024. The Public Hearing is to consider the adoption of the 2024 budget and an increase in the annual district fees for service. The Board of Trustees will discuss the attributing factors for a proposed increase and hear public comment. A copy of the tentative budget is available to the public by contacting Chuck Tandy, Board Chairman at ctandy01@gmail.com. A 30-day period for public comment is also open at the same email address. Reasonable Accommodations: The NWSSD will make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public to access meetings.
