Chairman Lars Nordfelt call meeting to order. 2. Discussion and approval of Audit Committee Meeting held June 16, 2022. 3. Audit Review Fiscal Year 2021-2022 reviewed by Keddington & Christensen, LLC. 4. Proposed RFP for Audit Services. 5. Adjourn.
