- PUBLIC NOTICE The next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Mosquito Abatement District will be held at 7:00 P.M. on February 8, 2024 at the Abatement District Office as located at 1425 East 1000 South in Naples, Utah. (Telephonic participation for board members available as per district policy passed April 9, 2020) AGENDA 1. Roll call. 2. Oath of Office for Ted Munford 3. Election of officers - Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Clerk. 4. Establishment of 2024 Audit Committee. 5. Approval of bills, expenditures, and financial statements. 6. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting and 2023 Budget Hearing. 7. Ratify the motion from the December 2023 board meeting to increase the Board of Trustee's annual pay. 8. Explanation and approval of the amended minutes of the October 2023 board meeting as pertaining the salary of Danny Rasmussen. 9. Explanation and Corrective action to Danny Rasmussen's annual salary. 10. Report on purchase of truck on order. 11. Option to purchase UTV's instead of ATV's. 12. Attendance and accommodations for attendees of the 2024 AMCA Annual Conference and future attendance of similar meetings. 13. Discuss Section XVI: Travel Policy (and others if needed), of the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual and consider if amendments need to be made. 14. Present candidate for Assistant Director and approve starting salary and benefits. 15. Manager's Report 16. Items for next meeting's agenda. 17. Next meeting to be held April 11, 2024
