SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT REPORT: 7. FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT: 8. PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT: 10. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES: 11. MAYOR / COUNCIL BUSINESS: A. Methodist Church Restoration Project Report - Karen C. B. Backhoe - Mayor Baton C. Road Projects - Greg H. D. Security - Mayor Baton E. Capital Improvement List - Mayor Baton F.
